Bring CIA home for the holiday! Order your Thanksgiving pies, rolls, and other seasonal favorites and let us handle at least some of the prep.
Pick up your orders the week of Thanksgiving, or ship select frozen items and bake them at home! Online ordering opens Monday, November 3 at 9 a.m.

Orders must be placed online by 10 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 16, 2025. If you are using a CIA gift card, please call 845-905-4500 to place your order. All other questions can be directed to Café General Manager Allison Haight at Allison.Haight@culinary.edu.
How to Order
- Online ordering opens Monday, November 3 at 9 a.m.
- If ordering pickup, select Tuesday, November 25, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for your pick-up time. All pick-up orders must be retrieved on this day.
- If ordering delivery, select either Wednesday, November 19 or Thursday, November 20 for your pie to be shipped with overnight delivery.
When to Pick Up Your Order
- Pickup is available Tuesday, November 25 between 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in the dining room of Apple Pie Bakery Café.
